De nuestra consideración:

            JUAN CARLOS SACCO, en su carácter de Presidente de CONLATINGRAF, entidad que agrupa a los empresarios gráficos de América Latina y LUCIO CASTILLO, en su carácter de Vicepresidente de UNI Gráficos, entidad que agrupa a los trabajadores de la industria gráfica de todo el mundo, tienen el agrado de dirigirse a usted, a fin de invitarlo a participar a la ceremonia de firma del acta de la “Implementación de la Política de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para la Industria Gráfica en América Latina”.

            El mismo se desarrollará en el Salón de Actos del Banco de la Nación Argentina, sito en el Primer Piso de la Casa Central del mismo, Avda. Rivadavia 325 de la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires el día 27 de marzo a las 9.30 horas.

            A la ceremonia ha sido invitada la Sra. Presidenta de la Nación, el Sr. Ministro de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, el Sr. Presidente de la Honorable Cámara de Diputados y Legisladores Nacionales, el Sr. Secretario de Seguridad Social, el Sr. Superintendente de Aseguradoras de Riesgos del Trabajo y funcionarios del mencionado Ministerio y de reparticiones oficiales competentes en el tema. También se ha cursado la correspondiente invitación a dirigentes empresariales y gremiales nacionales.
Asimismo, ha comprometido su presencia el Sr. Michel Müller, Presidente de UNI Gráficos Mundial, habiéndose cursado las correspondientes invitaciones a funcionarios de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo. La reunión contará con representantes de organizaciones de empresarios y de trabajadores de América Latina a los que comprende el programa a implementar.

            Como representantes de los empresarios y de los trabajadores del sector gráfico de América Latina, hemos aceptado el desafío que implica la preservación de la salud de los trabajadores y mediante documentos fundantes tales como la “Declaración de Buenos Aires”, firmada en noviembre de 2005 y el “Acta de Guarujá”, suscripta en agosto de 2007, nos hemos comprometido a implementar y desarrollar una “Política de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo”, dentro del marco del Programa Safe Work de la O.I.T.

Dear Colleague:

JUAN CARLOS SACCO, president of CONLATINGRAF – organization that joins Latin American graphic industrialists entrepreneurs, and LUCIO CASTILLO, vice president of UNI Graphics, trade union of world graphic workers, have the pleasure of inviting you to the ceremony of the signature of the agreement about: Implementation of Policies of Insurance and Occupational Health in the Latin American Graphic Industry.

The ceremony will be held in the Auditorium of Bank of the Argentine Nation – first floor at the Home Office, 325 Rivadavia Av. of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, on Thursday 27th March, at 9.30 a. m.

The President of the Argentine Nation, the Argentine Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Insurance, the President of the Chamber of Deputies, national legislators, the Secretary of Social Insurance, the Superintendent of Insurance on Occupational Risks Companies, officers of the Minister of Labour, and of Labour and Insurance agencies, are been invited. Leaders of entrepreneurs unions and worker unions are been also invited.

Likewise, Mr. Michel Müller, president of World UNI Graphics, has promised to attend. Members of the World Labour Organization have been also invited. Representatives of Latin American associations of entrepreneurs and workers that are concerned in the subject of the Conference will attend.

As representatives of the entrepreneurs and of the workers of the Latin American Graphic Industry, we have accepted the defy of taking care of the workers’ health and by means of the previous documents - “The Declaration of Buenos Aires” that was signed on November 2005, and “The Declaration of Guarujá” that was signed on August 2007 – we are engaged to work up and develop a “Policy of Insurance and Occupational Health” into the frame of Safe Work Program of the WLO.
